Tom Krajewski and Sean Locklear are operators in the pool construction industry who have built and scaled real companies. Through Splash Consulting Group, they help pool builders improve sales, operations, and profitability using systems and processes that work.

Meet The Founders
Tom Krajewski
Sean Locklear
Tom Krajewski has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the pool construction, financial services, and wireless retail industries. He began his career with T Mobile USA, where he worked with retail businesses on launching and growing their operations.
Tom later served as Director of Strategic Operations and Regional Vice President for TMX Finance, a national consumer finance company with $1B in outstanding loan receivables, where he helped launch new markets, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability.
More recently, Tom has focused on the pool construction industry, serving as General Manager at Anthony & Sylvan Pools and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Pavers & Pools. Today, Tom works with pool builders to help them launch, grow, and operate more profitable businesses.
In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling, competitive swimming, surfing, and spending time with his daughter.
Sean Locklear is the co-founder of Splash Fiberglass Pool Company. With a senior leadership background in the automotive sales industry, Sean has built his career around sales, leadership, and growth.
As owner of Splash Fiberglass Pool Company, he led the company’s growth from $0 to $8M in revenue in just three years. The company is now one of the top three San Juan Pool installers in the United States.
As someone who is still actively running and growing a pool company today, Sean brings practical, real-world insight to the businesses he advises. Through Splash Consulting Group, he helps pool builders, outdoor living companies, and home service businesses improve marketing, sales, operations, and strategy.
Outside of business, Sean is a father, husband, and youth baseball coach who enjoys helping others pursue ambitious goals while building businesses that support the lifestyle they want for their families.
